Renewing your marriage vows

A married couple, of any age and married for any length of time can arrange a Renewal of Marriage Vows Ceremony with us.

What is the ceremony like?

We can guide you through the options to plan a unique ceremony that is meaningful for you.  You can choose a religious, spiritual or contemporary service.

A ceremony may include sections such as:

Introduction and welcome
Acknowledgement of children
Readings
Renewal of vows
Rededication/giving of ring(s)
Speech or reading from a special guest
Unity Candle or Rose Ceremony
Closing words
Signing of Documents

Ceremonies normally last 20 to 30 minutes.
 

Where and when can the ceremony take place?

Ceremonies can be almost anywhere you choose.  Outdoor gazebos are popular, beach, garden, waterfall, residence or chapel.  We have several beautiful locations if you do not have a spot picked out.

Do we have to be local residents?

No.

How much does it cost?

$399 Basic Rate within 30 minutes drive - More elaborate packages available - see wedding packages including photography.
We can help suggest romantic locations.

$299 at our  residence poolside

Can another couple renew their marriage vows at the same ceremony?

Yes if that is your choice.

I have been married before, can I still have a ceremony?

Yes, as long as you are now legally married.

Can we organize a ceremony at short notice?

Yes. There is no statutory time limit between booking the ceremony and the actual event.

Are there any legal implications?

These ceremonies are not legally binding in any way. They are for couples who wish to renew their marriage vows in a unique and personal ceremony.

You must, however, produce your marriage certificate when booking your ceremony.
